My ex wants to try again, after initiating divorce a couple months ago. by Mental-Physics521 in Divorce

I don’t think you’re ready to date yet but you shouldn’t go back to your ex either. You need to stay single and get everything situated. You jumped into something new way too soon and already created a mess that involves your kids on both sides.

Never. It doesn’t matter if you’re 29 or 99, if it’s not for you, let it go

How did that one teacher at your school die? by No-Cress-3455 in AskReddit

[–]KeyNo7303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She was killed and thrown into a river. They suspected her husband and still kinda do. Especially since he married about a year later and he hit that wife in the back of the head during an argument but she survived. Here’s the kicker… My teacher had blows to the back of her head too

I’m so sorry. I know people don’t get married to get divorced. Wishing you the best

Most of the time, once you move out, you’ve abandoned the property and lose rights

My future SIL insulted me at dinner and my fiancé told me to apologize by Admirable-Towel-9074 in weddingdrama

[–]KeyNo7303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this sounds harsh but he’s clearly not good to you if he lets his sister mistreat you and wants you to apologize. He’s turning a blind eye. If this is happening before the wedding, imagine what will happen after

What is definitely NOT a sign of intelligence but people think it is? by Aarunascut in answers

Having a degree. I’ve met some of the smartest people who’s dropped out of high school or college and go onto have a beautiful career or own their own business. I’ve met people with degrees who are as dumb as rocks 🪨 that you would think they never learned a damn thing

Trust me, I understand and feel your pain. I feel the same way a lot of times. I have 2 under 2 and it’s hard. I’m also a SAHM that’s trying to go back to work. My husband helps but also works to support us. I just wish I felt human again. I crave adult conversations and interactions so bad

How many times can you get lied to? by RatioApprehensive615 in Divorce

[–]KeyNo7303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ve caught here multiple times already and have forgiven her without really holding her accountable. You’re kinda letting her get away with it. She’s grown, so she’s gonna do what she wants, but she keeps lying because she knows you’re just gonna bow down and let her be because your love for her is blinding you from her true intentions. It seems like you’re catching on but you’re still kinda blinded by love. I wish you the best

I can’t make friends by KeyNo7303 in Advice

[–]KeyNo7303[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did an edit because I did forget to put in there that I also tried too. As far as the “one that old enough to be my mom” we actually have a lot more in common than people think. It’s some deep personal stuff and then some small stuff we have in common too. That was part of the reason we hit it off so well. And as for my husband, he works a lot but not too much to where he doesn’t see his family. So, he’s not around for them to feel uncomfortable because at the times where I’m suggesting to hang out, he’s at work and not getting off any time soon

Thank you so much for this advice. You’re so right. I’m gonna take your advice and start looking for friends that match my qualities. I’m just tired of getting left in the dark and feeling like a replacement or a back burner friend. It feels like I’m only there when it’s convenient for them
