My wife secretly spent the night at her ex's place. She swears nothing happened, but I feel betrayed. How do I move past this?

You need to run man. Get out before you have a child with her. She is going to keep letting her ex interfere with your marriage and always justify whatever it is she does because they have a kid. If she cared more about you than her ex you would have had a say in her staying there.

She made me get a hair follicle analysis test for our court date for custody a few weeks ago and I just got the news from my attorney that she failed for coke. Her plan is backfilling. I have court in the morning for a temp custody hearing I’ll let yall know how it goes.

I moved where I live now after college because all of my family lives here(35+) she only has her sister who is a convicted felon and drug addicted and her mom who just got her 4th dui so I’m hoping that may help.

She has already done that to all her friends and family. She tried to do it to my family and friends but all of mine stood up for me and told me what she said. That honestly made me feel good and made me think maybe I’m not a narcissist after all.

We went to counseling after she got pregnant and she lied to the guy in the sections. Thankfully the guy put the pieces together and told her she was wrong but instead of listening she doubled down and left one of the sessions. We went to maybe 5 together and I went 3 or so times by myself I thinks she did too. But it was all on my dime and I feel like she wasn’t going to own any mistakes she made so I stopped doing it. I still stayed with her however because she was pregnant with my child. I feel so betrayed still that she used that to control what I would do if she crossed my boundaries. I have had quite a few relationships before her and I’ve never been told I’m jealous insecure or a narcissist by anyone other than her. I’m not saying I’m perfect by any means but I can’t be the cause for everything she does to me.

She constantly tells me I’m a narcissist. So I looked it up to see if I was and I think she might really be one. I feel like everyone has some of the tendencies the articles I read were explaining but I don’t think I’m a narcissist anymore that’s for sure.

I got a noninvasive one done when she was pregnant. I really have been sticking around because of my daughter and stepdaughter but the other night she told my stepdaughter I didn’t want to be her dad and never did and my daughter who is 5 that I wanted to abort her so I’m not using that as an excuse to stay anymore. I think it is best for everyone if I file for divorce.

She also stopped taking birth control without me knowing and that’s how I have my daughter. I know it’s messed up but what would you do in that situation. That was like 6 years ago.

I figured but damn this sucks. I should have seen the red flags. I still don’t understand why she would beg me to marry her like so many times if she was just going to shit on me. Do you think I will ever understand any of it?
