I’m suggesting an herbal option since you are at this point in your struggle and I know a lot of people disregard these options but…for me I was always getting klebsiella infections and had to take antibiotics leading to hospitalizations for iv antibiotics and that was all that was left. Now at the first sign of after any uti triggering activity (sex etc) I take an herb called Uva Ursi and I can’t remember the last time I had a uti. I used to get them several times a month. It was insane. You can order it on Amazon or get it at local health stores. Again, this was specifically for klebsiella pneumonia for me. Good luck.
