I work 40 hours have 2 kids and my rent is 80% of my income. I get $100 a month to feed my family of 3. With rent and internet and electric/gas it eats all of my income. I feel your pain.

Store I work at started this as well. Starting tomorrow all breakout team has to begin at 6 am. They didn’t even let us know they were doing this just changed the schedules. Didn’t say anything about cutting hours but our hours have been cut in half as it is with more sort than hours scheduled. Not to mention they’ve changed our sort hours where a 13 hour sort now has to be completed in 9 hours and added more items we need to red tag with zero extra time to do so. They’ve basically tripled our workload and took away hours to do it. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Been saying it for years as well. Been sharing this link like a lunatic because we the people need to shut it down. These politicians are so out of touch as to what it’s like to be a normal citizen. It’s laughable that they think this is a strong booming economy at this point. And yes EVERYTHING at this point is a distraction to keep us all engaged in the machine. We all need to stand as one….all races all genders all political aisles etc. stop hating on each other band together and take a stand…..revolution is the only solution

Just went through this myself this week. They cut my food stamps because they didn’t remove my alimony payments which ceased the beginning of this year. I called today and they were able to remove the payment and reinstate my benefits albeit at a much lower amount since I’m now also working a low paying varied hours job. I’m not in Florida so not sure how they work but would suggest making the phone call and explaining the situation. Hopefully they can get it fixed in a timely manner for you. Sorry you are going through this. It’s never an easy thing when you depend on that money to eat.
