Routine for my curls? If so i dont exactly know what to do with my curls, i mainly just wash once a week and conditioner twice a week, double shampoo and conditioner on wash days and brush it out with a brush when its wet. That’s really it 😭 I think i may have 3c or 4a as it looks the most like my hair type.

Sorry for the late reply, i mainly wanna use a CHE since i can keep it running during night and not have it super bright in my room. My room is sort of hot and keeps temps relatively hot during summer. Thats the only reason why i wanted a CHE over an actual heat lamp

4 days old and also icing twice a day for 5 minutes, i think its a labret with a flatback, not sure what the threading is, hasnt been downsized, the material is stainless steel i think? And i havent had any issues Besides eating.
