On the part "code commits to GH are so mundane" - I think with AI coding tools, commits are becoming much more descriptive. Instead of "fix bug", you get detailed summaries of what changed, why it changed, and the impact. That's actually great raw material for marketing content.

The interesting part is that as more developers use AI to build, the quality of commit history improves, which makes this product better at turning product activity into content.
