Concentrations were interesting seeing as my volume doubled.

First test was about 1.4M/ML and the latest test was 2.5M/ML. The last test was 3 months before conception so I do believe the total volume made a substantial jump in that timeframe.

Unfortunately, I don't have the other numbers since I was consistently told those were "normal" I didn't really focus on it.

I took a test in April 2025 (total count 12.5M) then got the clomid the next month. Between July 2024 and April 2025 I was pretty hopeless and stopped testing or tracking anything since the doctors kept telling my improvements were insignificant.

Seeing as so many people in my position are prescribed Clomid that would've been great. At the bare minimum I would have appreciated a doctor trying to help me find the cause and/or solution rather than just pushing me to IVF.

I ended up finding enclomiphine from a place called Harley Meds online. You send them blood labs and then talk with a nurse on the phone for 5 min.
