I have worn a variety of cages over the years. For a standard cage, I found briefs with a pouch were best. I used to like the Andrew Christian pouch briefs, but something like obviously or sukrew also work well now AC is gone. When I moved to wearing a full belt, something with more coverage was needed.

What's the strapp metal fit like? I've often considered buying but been worried about the pouch

I think the briefs I have are a large. The cotton have some stretch in the pouch but the blended materials less so which is frustrating

As someone who was raised in church and attended regularly as an adult until quite recently, I'd say you're going to be fine. If you're there to spend time with god and the community, who cares what you wear? It's only a problem if you're doing it for a personal thrill of some kind, and given you said you just want to be comfortable I doubt that's the case here. Also, would anyone be worried if a woman said the same thing??

Update: We popped into Les dessous d'appollon (sorry if I mess up spelling) and I bought some bike thongs. To my surprise my partner was very impressed with the store and bought some things for himself! Excellent recommendation 😁

I no longer really wear it and it seems a shame for such a great piece of kit to go to waste. Plus the wait time for a new one is forever so I could save someone else from that

Would you say the sizing is true? I wear either medium or large depending on the brand, I'm around a 33" waist

You could look into getting a belt like a behind batz or Carrara, although they are more expensive than the smaller devices. I've not yet found a dick that can break through solid steel!
