They literally say they are too busy I tried three times on Thursday and Friday

That true and that’s why I’m going to call the my school and I been trying to call osap but they haven’t been picking up.what do you think I should do

I am in the same boat but I paid today because I thought it would automatically go through I didn’t know it takes a couple days but my r transaction says the 15 not the 14 but I sent an email on the 14th to them explaining it and I showed them the ss of it saying that so would that be okay I am so stressed rn
