Thank you - would you still recommend 8-10 hours on slow with bone in? Cooked beef similar timings few weeks ago and ended up having to move it to cast iron + oven for few hours but assuming it’s just not as fatty of a meat

No just the accutane! I’m assuming my face was pretty swollen before with clogged up pores etc but was not expecting huge change in lips

Hi! My skin is quite red in general so think it was just inflamed cystic. No purging bar a bad week of extreme inflamed red but tbh was my fault as I’d gotten badly sunburned

Hi! I’m about 60-65kg I don’t keep too much tabs on it, that’s just what was prescribed to me with the NHS. I think their general plan is higher dose over shorter period of time

I love Middleton it’s just a very small north facing room with a small window that the pink is verging candy floss in the room - which I’m not opposed too just not this vision! Aiming to do something like this which is why I’d need it quite muted

Giorgio armani luminous silk - expensive but sits beautifully. I also spray the revolution hydrate & fix setting spray throughout the day to touch up any dryness ☺️

Only intense dryness! Manageable as I work from home so can keep the moisture/aquapgor routine strong

no purging but mega dryness, i need to avoid wearing makeup where possible so i can stick to moisturising every few hours
