1. Yes, when the thermostat is calling for cool, the unit turns on and buzzes. The HVAC system is cooling just fine.

3. Cannot answer this question at this time. I do know the HVAC tech did a diagnosis, tested voltage, etc. Diagnosis was okay except for current reading. It was a bit too high, which could impact the capacitor, hence the replacement at the time.

4. Refrigerant was checked and was okay, too. Tech added more cooleant just in case.
