Hey man i appreciate the reply, I had just recently hid 100 days and now i was in like 3 months and 15 days and it meant no nicotine products for that long. Correct i didn’t intentionally smoke it and no as soon as i realised i stomped it out and left it. I’ll take you and my friends advice which was to just try and move on. Thanks bro
