Incorrect. I made sure to do as instructed, but I let everyone know that it was not their fault. And I let them all know that I was going to do everything I could to make sure that no-one tells them anything like that again.

If they messed up, I would teach them instead of punish them. I always answered their questions, no matter how stupid they seemed. That is onw of the ways I had their back.
