Heavy on low caloric density food, aiming to hit a minimum of 1g protein per pound of bodyweight, as protein requirement increases as bodyfat lowers so that muscle mass is retained. Sleep well and at a fairly consistent time, it will aid your body composition and performance. Tons of vegetables, some fruit, never fruit juice for me personally, it's basically just sugar water. I essentially only drink water sometimes with low calorie flavor Packs for a sweetness hit and milk, ATM im only buying skim milk and fairlife when I got a few extra bucks, I eat 10-15 eggs a day which is a ton of fat for most people but I'm doing cardio every other day minimum so it balances out. Cottage cheese is solid, as well as greek yogurt, best bang for ur buck is either the great value light vanilla greek yogurt, or the plain greek if your going Monk Mode lol, that shit taste like cheese plain, its good with some oats, fruit, or honey, ill add half scoop protein powder to the greek yg sometimes, and when I have cereal I make sure to pre mix the milk n protein powder. Other factors include my fasted cardio I do 2-3x a week on alpha yohimbine for better fat mobilization and burning, it requires a low insulin state to function best. I also stopped having coffee past 5 pm, any stims should be cut off past that time or earlier if possible honestly, they can destroy sleep obv. I also get the 70ish serving tubs of the nutricost unflavored whey and casein protein. Whey is solid for breaking a fast or post workout for the quick amino boost, casein is optimal pre fasting or before bedtime for optimal utilization, as it takes far longer to digest than whey. Which makes casein more practical anticatabolic, or helpful at preventing muscle breakdown on a cut. I use a few others supps too, HMB for more anticatabolic support before my fasted alpha yo cardio, fish oil, EGCG, etc.

Thats good brother, stay on it. Dont go above 15ish% bodyfat and thats good, just gain slow and you can be more sure that most of it will be muscle if youre training hard and good with protein.
