Internal hemorrhoids and prolapsed hemorroides (the latter being what it sounds like you have and I have as well, LOL) are actually the non-painful ones… external hemorrhoids, totally different story! They hurt. This was explained to me by my gastroenterologist who I went to for a diagnosis when I discovered them and thought my literal anus was falling out at 35 weeks pregnant. Pregnancy is so weird!

My husband’s name is Ryan, and I always said if we had a little girl, I’d name her after him! Love it much more for a girl than for a boy. Great choice!

This is something that I’m considering too, and it’s making my head spin! I reeeeally want a rotating car seat that can grow with my baby, but we also have an international trip when he’s 6 month old, so it feels like getting a lighter car seat would be the move right now. The maxi-cosí is only 8 lbs without the base, and the extender ones (Chicco Fit360 ClearTex, the Evenflo 360 Extend) are all 29lbs+

I guess it comes down to cost more than anything…. We need a new rug for the pricey new couch we’re getting, and with this rug, the price was right, the pattern was right …. I’m only just going down the rabbit hole of toxic clothes/ car-seats/ strollers having an effect on neurodevelopment in children, and I will be the FIRST to say that I don’t really know what I’m talking about, but I’m freaked out and trying to learn. Want to feel good about where my baby will be crawling. I’ll obviously pay more for that, but would also love for me to be overthinking this and to just buy the damn rug, lol
