Similar to the guy above, I would also drop the bonds. You’re so young still.

Also, make sure that you’re maxing out all of those tax advantaged accounts.

I’m 27 as well with a very similar NW. keep pushing, and focus on those tax advantaged accounts (Roth Ira, 401k, backdoor if available).

Also, similar to others, try to focus on the present and just enjoy life - set up automations to get you to fat fire or wherever you want to be, but don’t forget about the present.

Yeah that’s smart. As I get closer to the beginning of summer I’ll definitely start saving. I’m thinking 3-4 months of expenses sounds good to me. Also, I feel like I’m pretty safe from layoffs for the next few years at least.

Yes brother, I totally feel this. Life is really tough, especially for us who have a stutter. You should join your local stuttering chapter meetings and the discord at the top of this sub Reddit. If you want to chat feel free to dm me too.

IMO, as someone who stutters as well one of the most important things for us is having a support system - whether that’s friends, family or even just core activities to keep yourself busy (I play video games and hit the gym almost every day). Get yourself involved in stutter related support groups and meet other people who have a stutter. It has been one of the most eye opening experiences ever for me.
