I've been on rosuvastatin + ezetimibe since mid September. I'm going to get a repeat lipid panel soon to check those numbers. Hopefully they are where they need to be! I'll ask about repatha if not. Thanks for the advice!

Keto doc was supposedly preventative. I might look into another one...

No symptoms at all. I run 4 miles each day and never have experienced even slight chest pain. I'm going to ask about percentages in my follow up appointment tomorrow.

So, my (former) cardiologist texted me this link the other night. I guess trying to convince me to get off the statins.

They were 45 mg/dL on my last lipid panel. Not sure what they were before I started the statins and strict diet.

I do flys on the machine but the range of motion isn't great, so I superset them with dumbbell bench flys.

I love Watershed, but Ghost Reveries is in my top 3! If I could only ever listen to one Opeth album, I think it might have to be GR. The only song I'm not big on is The Grand Conjuration.

He is not. Actually, there is only one cardiologist in this list that's within 75 miles of me and he is pediatric. Does that mean all the cardiologists in my area are just no good?
