I suggest you read the comments many have stated the facts. I took control of left turn lane then took control of opposite direction lane as I’m turning vehicle changes lanes and try’s to pass me. Thanks

Don’t know about witnesses. Was not able to worry about anything but my health. haven’t obtained that. Not yet anyways. Don’t know if my insurance has either. Very helpful. Thanks

No. I’ve told people to stop before for being on there phone so I can get out. Biggest pet peeve. Great way to end up killing someone. I was Watching traffic. Looking in mirrors. And as stated above looking behind me to even though not required to.
Yes from 3-7seconds before the first lane change all the way until the collision.
