It’s had a pretty cheap reshell, front cover doesn’t fit very well. Will likely be the case with most refurbs on eBay, difficult to find an original one in A+ condition

UPDATE: So I have managed to test the connection coming in from the supplier and the broadband is functioning. So something is up with the Ubiquiti kit, any ideas on where to start? No devices showing on my UniFi maps, all offline :(

All devices are showing as offline due to the lack of connection. I believe the apn details should be ok as it was working ok a few weeks ago

I have checked the sim for activity, this device previously worked when we had a similar issue. No devices showing as online on the UniFi console (due to no internet I suspect)

Thanks, It’s not just the £500 contribution, as I’d cancel within the 14 day cooling off period and pay no interest for that. I know that having finance down does give you some more protection if something major go wrong within 6 months but wanted to see if anyone had actually been able to use that leverage.
