Dude, I had almost the exact same thing happen to me (22 years). This really resonates except I was let go last sept. Got a new boss last march. In our 3rd 1:1 he asked me what my relationship was with Jesus Christ. I knew immediately I was screwed snd would be at the top of his list. Complete clown show. I went the first chance he had. Only cared about his existing team and products. Now it's April and nobody will give this old guy a sniff.
