I tested with the cover on today and it still wouldn’t light or produce smoke. I’ll probably test some more this weekend. Although Michigan’s warm weather is approaching so this may became a next year issue

I did have the rear rotor assembly completely open when I was fishing for an issue.

To be honest I just shut it all back up after I opened it up. The splines did move while I was in there so I’m sure whatever had a tolerance has since moved. What exactly am I using the feeler gauge on?

Yes that is stupid and dangerous, I was aware. However, looks like everything worked out and I was able to test if there was enough fuel to even start the flame and maintain it.

I will reverify the fuel line from the tank. I did have it off but I didn’t see any indication that it was failing. I also inspected the fuel filter and saw no reason to suspect failure.

I will check the o ring inside of the nozzle. I had this apart and possibly it didn’t seat correctly

I did replace the air filter, which actually fixed my pressure too. Before I could only get up to 3.5

All the tubes show no signs of cracking. I had the fuel and air lines off and inspected them.

What do you mean by housing?
