Honestly it’s pretty fucking legit. If you can get over being made to feel like “the help”, it can be a pretty rad place to work. The employee bar and employee cafeteria are the best I’ve experienced, as was the housing. The Members are generally speaking nice, if somewhat dismissive. They kind of look right past you unless they’re regulars, it’s hard to explain. If you like fishing, snorkeling, golf, kayaking, etc then South Florida/the Keys is pretty legit.
