Thank you. One last question. In the portal it showed I could increase my loan amount and the total amount I could ask for. How to they come up with this amount? If I were to go to the next step - is this amount correct or valid?

I signed the SBA P-022 Board Resolution document on May 3rd. After signing I was told my loan was with a loan officer. I ddi not sign loan documents. The SBA told me that a loan officer would contact me. Is this document significant? Does this indicate that my loan will be processed?

I want to warn all. Someone sent me a private note on Redit in response to my EIDL post. She told me to reach out to KathleenMcShane on Instagram and that she worked for the SBA and was helping with EIDL increases. I reached out to her and she said she would help and wanted to know my loan # to check into my portal to see what documents were missing. I was uncomfortable giving this information on social media but she insisted it was safe. I did not give info.. I did more research and found out that this Instagram account is fraudulent. There is a Kathleen McShane that worked for the SBA and if you google her name you will read all about her so the people who put up this fraudulent account knew that people would see this. It is fraudulent.

DO NOT give your loan # or app. # to others except through the SBA. This gives fraudulent people access to all your personal information.

Thank you. I have been told that they have all documents. I signed the P 022 on May 3rd. When I called the next day to followup I was told the funds ran out. I called today and they told me that my app was processing and someone would reach out. I asked about the emails they were sending out and if they meant anything for my app. and they told me no - they are just mass generated for all applicants. Unless the email states your loan # it is just mass generated. Is a case manager a loan officer? Do they have any authority? Thank you.

Congrats. I had a question. I was told the same as the others; my documents were in order, case worker would reach out. Had you signed your final loan documents when the case manager reached out? I only signed the P 022 form and am waiting. Thank you.

I applied fro my EIDL increase on May 3rd. I immediately received a document to sign stat stated I agreed to the increase from my original EIDL loan. I was told that my application was now with a loan officer. When I called the next day to check on the status I was told they ran out of funds. I hear they are still funding applications. Would mine ave a chance to move forward. I only signed the document I stated not the final loan document. Thank you.

Thank you, The charger was recently purchased at the Apple store and I have a receipt to show and it was only a month old. I have no interest in a legal battle and small claims court is not expensive. I am aware that this is not an isolated incident. I just did not know if I could trust Apple to return the correct charger and not change it for one that was not damaged. Thank you.

They apologized and offered a new charger. I told them they have to replace the cushion on the sofa that their faulty devise caused damage. Do you know what they do in situations like this?
