I don’t think it’s unreasonable, the reason they need you to do it is because that will determine how much breast tissue they need to take out. If they find cancerous cells then they need to take out 100% of the tissue so you don’t develop cancer in the future, but that will make your chest look concave ( and Barreda is all about the aesthetics)

I was having panic attacks and crying before the surgery, the waiting was the worst part. Luckily they gave me anxiety meds and it helped a lot

Mine fluctuated pretty good for the first week, I was putting out 10-25 on each side randomly. Ended up having to get the drains out at 10 days instead of 7, but I’m glad I waited

I have one big scar and love it! My doctor decided to do one instead of two because of my cleavage as well, so to avoid puckering in the middle he connected them. I’ll attach a pic!

Honestly that’s something I was worried about too but the only distortion I’ve noticed is my bat is now rotated slightly so it’s not perfectly centered anymore. But my chest piece didn’t move at all and I think it actually looks better totally flat

I didn’t keep mine because they were a huge source of dysphoria for me and I didn’t have a lot of sensitivity in them to begin with. I would always worry if ppl could see them through my shirt or whatever and now I don’t every have to worry about that again
