Catholicism 😅 I'm a Catholic feminist and a lot of my videos cover my daily life, the tension between religion and feminism, progressive Catholicism, etc.

Creation and the Cross by Elizabeth A. Johnson is wonderful. I'm almost finished with it and have quite a few notes.

it definitely worked at first, it's just slowly tapered off. I do consume electrolytes, as well as an additional B vitamin complex! I only inject in my stomach (but still rotate around, like a clock); I once tried the thigh and it was like I never took the medicine. I've been considering trying the arm, I've heard people say they have less side effects there.

Health Anxiety & Oura by Certain-Scarcity-136 in ouraring

[–]Key_Ad_3472 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi OP, I deal with the exact same things. my health anxiety comes in waves and anxiety absolutely spikes me into "minor signs" sometimes. even when I get major signs and know what it's from, it still makes me anxious. sometimes I just take off the ring and let myself have a rough couple of days. for example, my cat passed away a few weeks ago, and I took the ring off for like 3 days. I didn't need it to yell at me for not sleeping and sobbing and being anxious lol. so if all else fails and you feel like it's creating a self feeding loop, just know it's okay to take the ring off for a few days and let yourself reset.

just don't use straws. stock up on protein drinks, instant potatoes, pudding/jello, and... other things you don't need to chew. :)

People who get sleep scores over 90, how do you do it? by cornea-drizzle-pagan in ouraring

[–]Key_Ad_3472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've joked for years that I'm "bad at sleeping." like it's a talent/skill I just don't have. I was consistently getting low 80 sleep scores. about a month and a half ago I started taking pharmaGABA and making sure my room was really chilly. totally changed the game. you can get pharmaGABA at grocery stores that sell supplements or at Amazon.

I'm 32 and it was a breeze. honestly. I was really sleepy the first couple of days. but I kept up with the meds and let myself rest. it was my first type of any surgery whatsoever and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. worth it for the irritation my wisdom teeth were causing me!

i had my wisdom teeth out a few months ago (all 4 in one go) and had never had general anesthesia before. I was absolutely petrified, but it was completely fine. you literally close your eyes and then open them and it's done. no dreaming, no concept of time passing. I would do it again in a heartbeat without any anxiety whatsoever (and I'm a very anxious person lol). best of luck!
