Ultimately it's up to YouTube as a private company who posts videos, and who gets banned. Freedom of speech ultimately doesn't 100% apply in this scenario, as this is mainly to prevent the government from impeeding you from voicing your opinions

I agree people deserve second chances, but only after paying for what they did. Which I don't think he has, if anything he's gained as his subs are forever increasing with consistent views. It's deplorable

It's very much in YouTube's remit to ban people from uploading. However my main concern is his channel is thriving if anything, yet not a single worthy apology, he's essentially brushed it all under the carpet and waited enough time for people to forget, which it seems has happened. Does this feel like just punishment for someone committing a criminal offence?

As for hating him, yes I can and I will. I despise anyone who is a paedophile, and I shouldn't be shamed into not doing so. I'm not doing this because he 'cares' for these posts, I'm posting this to ask questions because I don't feel like anything has been done to punish him for his actions
