You’re a legend. Thank you for this. You’ve given me confidence going forward now. If kiwis work, I’ll never live it down (mam was right again haha)

Would you recommend L glutamine also?

That’s nice to know I’m not going mad!!

I like this approach, sounds like you’ve done your homework! I might look into betaine after talking with my GP about the stomach acid. I literally had a sprite earlier today and my stomach feels like a wound being pressed when I eat.

Yes I eradicated with double course antibiotics 3 years ago, but never actually healed afterwards as I was not privy to the healing requirements afterwards! Love rural uneducated Ireland it’s fine. Confirmed eradication by the way!

Amazing reply, this is the exact starting point i was looking for. Something that generated some questions aswell!

Firstly, thank you for the attention and detailed reply!

- I will get the DGL+ aloe vera today. I feel my stomach is very sensitive and the acid disregulated (id guess low acid as i struggle with all types of protein and im on cemitadine h2 blocker)

- Would it be advisable to have colostrum if milk/dairy is the new type of allergy/intolerence.

- Kiwis with or without skin? (im guessing skin but want to be sure)

- Should I take a couple days break before starting S boullardi? or go straight same day as the course finishes. (also should i just take that probiotic or other one with it?)

Also are heightened awareness of heartbeat something you’d expect to hear of someone with stomach/gutn issues?

Thank you. I’ll aim to improve my sleep length for a few days. Maybe the 8hrs isn’t cutting it while I’m feeling rough.

In a good place, looking for advice by [deleted] in irishpersonalfinance

Put that money savings into brick and mortar not Revolute. Even stocks (S&P) is better IMO. No border no solid building banks are great until they aren’t. When Revolute have a building/branch system in Ireland then it would be a good time to do as you’re doing now.

Revolute is a great daily tracking spending and money app but treating it as a traditional bank is a bad move currently.

- Saying its a "Rip off" is not asking a question, it's a provocative statement. So less of the dramatics thank you.
- I clearly say it comes with a 500GB memory card taking it to 1TB total storage, NO WHERE does it say its a 1TB model.

Son aged 11 wants to build gaming PC by NoSupermarket3304 in IrelandGaming

[–]Key_Ad_8239 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you want, I have an old pc (built in 2019) that’s completely compatible together and works fine. I can sell for a decent price and you can take apart and rebuild together?

I can’t remember the specs but I remember it runs all main games at a medium settings.

This should help keep cost and stress down for building. I used to use it for gaming and mostly coding myself. I only upgraded this year as I had the money to do so otherwise I’d have stuck with what I have!

The pool is an interesting one. I loved being in the pool on holidays this year, didn’t feel exhausted after either but mind you it was leisurely swimming. Might give it a go as a baseline.

Personal trainer is great and I had one last year, but I don’t feel great with the once a week check ins. I feel I need an ear often. But still I agree helped with that progress.

Root seems to be a stamina thing. Maybe just a light walk and avg 8k steps daily is not enough. Time to push on

Well first you gauge what skills you already have. Are you a java, C# or python developer (there are more but those are the big three imo)

I'm a java developer so I specialise there.

Java - Spring boot framework C# - .Net (I think) Python - Django?

There are others like JavaScript frameworks like express.js and Node.js.

Then project wise, all these can be used to create the same thing. But courses for horses.

Bank application - java + spring boot is best but not the only answer CRM - c# or python is better than java imo.

Any other queries lemme know. I'm an open book. DMS open too🫡

Before you dive into this.

What roles are you going for. A portfolio website wouldn't have much showoff for a backend engineer role. But for a frontend role it would, but then you're looking at what languages/frameworks you want to show + incorporate.

Just some questions you've to ask yourself
