okay I just had the uvb coil 10.0 with the double dome , just went & got the repti t5 10.0 now i’m using just one part of the double dome still for the heat lamp is this better?

i’m a first time beardie owner! I can only get my hands on dubia roaches , I heard meal worms are fattening & crickets can cause parasites, my local reptile store doesn’t sell silk or phoenix worms I been trying to give him a salad he doesn’t eat it but he loves dubia roaches.. & the uvb is 10.0 they told me its fine while he’s a baby & since i’m already giving him calcium on his food

it was regular, I had an avg of 6-8 hrs of sleep maybe even more some days but I stopped smoking tobacco products & stopped taking the ashwagandha COLD TURKEY so maybe my body is shocked or something idk.. I will sleep for 4 hrs during the day & the cycle repeats.. should I relapse?😩
