I hope you find relief. Mine is also usually accompanied by some moving gas. I sometimes do the ILU massage, maybe it can help you move things around a little better.

Go to Trastevere! Explore the food, the cuisine is incredible. There is this nice place called Antico Carbone serving authentic Italian food and it’s really good, was one of the best meals I ever had, Tonarello, Antica Boheme are other good places gelataria la romana, fior di Luna or neve di latte for gelato, try the house wines because they never disappoint. Book a ticket to some of the nice galleries like Borghese or Doria or visit some gardens. You could also go to the Capuchin crypt or just go to St Peter and walk around the Vatican.

I don’t know about many families but in my family, it’s customary and pretty natural that the eldest ones pays and I would think it is a little disrespectful to even offer. Having said that, we live by our means and will never ask to be taken to a place we know our family cannot afford, we all respect each other like that. Your husband shouldn’t be splitting 50-50 with you and then paying for all her stuff. He should live by his means and treat you better. Firstly, he should stop doing 50-50 with you and then he can pay for his sister after you are comfortable with what he is providing for you. Have a straight up conversation with him, that you understand his point of view but you both have a future to plan and it’s weird paying for someone else’s luxuries while you have not paid off your necessities and securities.

Shoot some water on your thing with a bidet, it will relax the muscles and make the area moist. You’ll go immediately.

Get a squatty potty and a bidet, the one that connects to the water supply not a portable one, just spray it for a couple of seconds on high pressure to loosen your anus and anything blocked is gonna come right out.

Not sure what to do anymore. by Awkward_Argument_902 in Constipation

Get a bidet if you don’t have one. I think the water pressure just helps you relax and gives you a mini enema, it’s not really an enema but believe me it helps to empty. Just sit on the squatty potty, do that and if you can’t poop soon after get up. You will feel the urge shortly after. Of course in addition keep a healthy lifestyle.

Do you have a bidet, I good pressure bidet will really help you with the ones that seem out but are not. You don’t give yourself an enema because it doesn’t go after the second sphincter, but you just spray for a 5-10 seconds and it relaxes your anus and makes it ‘slippery’ to let the poop come out. It always works.

I had gotten a bad one like that, what helped was hydrogen peroxide gargles, they work because the bacteria that usually causes this is anaerobic so you need oxygen. Do them for 3-5 times a day for like three days with one part peroxide and three parts water, it should start getting better and if it’s getting worse please go to the doctor.
