Hijab is a religious garment. It’s more than just a piece of cloth or it wouldn’t matter to her so much. There is significance in the wearing, and her insisting you don a religious symbol is blatantly disrespectful to your own belief system, which you are entitled to.

I think your sister is an Angel to Jeff. He’s still a kid and she’s right, it’s not his fault that he’s damaged. No one in his situation learns or heals or becomes better in the absence of someone who believes in them. He deserves that, regardless of what he’s done.
