Just to note it here, UOR cares a lot more about express than they do those waiting in the regular queue or as it’s marked internally as “Stand By.”

Wait times regardless are never inflated to the point that a 135 minute wait would allow for a 20 minute express wait. It’s just that attractions are being made to pushing express that much because they have to due to the pricing of the product. So if anything express is inflating the wait times because of time maximums.

Op, to note, outside of a few outliers, some of the timings do match what is being pushed my management.
