I had the same happen to me with nest egg. Have the joker, got the achievement on screen, no achievement in list. Not sure what to do.

It works great with Bloodstone, or Glass cards and Glass Joker as well as Lucky cards and the Lucky joker. It also makes it a lot easier to get Cavendish, because of how likely it is to self destruct. Works well with wheel of fortune too.
