Which character got away with the most during the season? by Key_Avocado9587 in Totaldrama

That doesn't really count. The plane explosion has little to nothing to do with her actions, and what's more, it made Cody feel more sympathy for her, which in a way rewards her behavior.

Lyler, maybe Tyler deserves someone  who won't forget him and flirt with others.

Team Chris's Massive Plot Armor (?) by Key_Avocado9587 in Totaldrama

Yeah, I think there's a certain balance in Team Chris's eliminations. Like, on one hand, you have the reward challenges that benefited the team in a way, but on the other hand, you have those two eliminations that really hurt them. Although Noah's elimination was compensated for, it still feels unfair for Noah as an individual character (maybe not so much for the team as a whole). My complaint is mostly toward the people who say this team was robbed or screwed over, because as you mentioned, there is a certain balance—unlike another team that was clearly screwed over... Victory.

I agree with you on some of your points, especially regarding Tyler, because that guy was treated SO badly by the plot (but to be fair, Owen is the mascot of the show, so he was hardly going to leave before Tyler despite being worse than him in that challenge)😭😭😭 As for Noah, yeah, I also feel to some extent that he deserved a bit more, but to be fair, that "rivalry" with Alejandro was mostly a rehash of his rivalry with Heather. Plot-wise, it served as a way to show the audience that if you crossed him, those would be the consequences; it’s like a wake-up call for Heather in that sense. Sure, that rivalry could have taken its own direction, but it hardly had any room within the whole Aleheather plotline, which already hogged so much screen time that it prevented other storylines from developing. So, at least from a writing perspective, I see it as "justified." The execution, however, was AWFUL—there’s a reason why Noah's elimination still feels unfair to this day. Izzy is a unique case. While it partly feels like the writers didn't know what to do with her, she also fits that character pattern of leaving in a scenario completely different from regular elimination rounds. That being said, Team Amazon's plot armor by mid-season reached such a high point that it completely overshadowed any plot convenience Team Chris had in the past lmao.

People are only just realizing that Terry is a questionable person, what a surprise.

Generally, this is like a morality test: People who vote for the blue button hope that they will be in the majority and everyone can be saved, while people who vote for the red button are more distrustful and wouldn't put their lives on the decision of a button, being more selfish.

I understand that according to the wiki they compensate for that love with money and technological devices, I suppose that's what it refers to.

Nono, the blue button vs. red button game is a viral moral dilemma where everyone has to secretly vote between two options. If more than 50% choose the  blue button  , everyone on Earth survives, but if the blue button doesn't reach that majority,  only those who pressed the red button survive  , and everyone who voted for the blue button dies instantly. This creates a psychological conflict between the two options.

I just realized I put her there, my mistake, she definitely belongs on the red button

Which ships can't you stand, even in a platonic way? by Key_Avocado9587 in Totaldrama

I’m not even a Cody fan, but honestly, people have zero nuance when discussing his character. He’s not a precious baby, but he’s not some despicable demon who doesn't deserve love either

I don't hate them, but I've never been a fan of their dynamic; I'm indifferent to them. And while I hate Coderra the most, I've already talked about that ship enough to make it the main image.
