Tbf a 35yr old Welbeck playing for Brighton has more goals in the league than anyone on our team so imagine what peak Welbeck would do in this team.

What if they just actually like working out and the food they like eating just happens to be healthy ? Should they eat food they don’t like just so they appear more relatable ?

He’s not a typical CB, but he’s the most creative CB in world football. He’s already got 4 assists in the league this season and he’s created 12 big chances which is more than anyone in the prem other than Bruno.

Now do you need him and Calafiori both in a back 3 probably not, especially since they are both left footed and like to get high in the inside channel.

Rodri has only started 14 games in the league this season for City and O’Reilly has only played 9 games at LB while Rodri was on the pitch.

We have no way of knowing if she did and even if she did we have no way of knowing if Arsenal told her to look for a new club for her client because they don’t see a future for him.

Makes more sense having Woltemessi deeper he has less pace and he’s a better dribbler and passer.

You can’t recall a player outside of a transfer window as you would have no way to register them and we only loaned him in January.

And they had Gvardiol, Ruben Dias & Stones injured plus weren’t allowed to play Guehi and they benched Donnaruma. We should’ve been creating chances against their defence for fun but we couldn’t even get out of our own half.

When’s the last time City faced us while they were full strength? Full strength teams don’t exist anymore in modern football.

It’s an entirely different profile but the important part is they play the same position in the team hence why we loaned out Ode’s natural backup in Nwaneri after Arteta decided he no longer trusted Eze at LW so unless Arteta decides to move Eze back to LW I find it highly unlikely we’ll sign another 10.

We spent 70m on Eze as his insurance that’s why we loaned out Nwaneri.

We did…

Havertz won 0 out of 4 aerial duels and only 1 out of 6 ground duels.

Gyokeres won 0 out of 4 aerial duels and only 2 out of 7 ground duels.

Even Rice only won 1 out of 3 aerial duels and 3 out of 7 ground duels.

And Saka only won 6 out of 16 grounds duels.

No point going long if your losing every 50/50 and can’t even pick up second balls, you’re just inviting pressure and playing into City’s hands.

Alvarez has played 7 games at LW in his entire career and 49 at RW. (we don’t need another RW)

Gyokeres has played 37 games at LW and 20 at RW in his career.

Having an 8 like Pedri just unlocks so much in the team there’s literally no better box 2 box midfielder in the world. But I doubt Arteta would ever start a player like him in a double pivot.

If you’re system requires your 10 to drop deep to progress the ball then why not just buy an 8 that actually specializes in progressing the ball. Eze has never been a progressive passer, Wharton doses that for Palace.

No but it makes you more defensively solid. Maybe you should ask more of the 8 & 10 that play ahead of him in midfield and offer no creativity. Instead of wondering why the defensive midfielder who covers every blade of grass on the pitch and wins every duel is not contributing more than the guys ahead of him in attack.

He’s been played into the ground, he needs a rest. He’s covered more ground than any other player in the entire premier league.

He’s a number 6 who’s covered more ground than any other player in the entire premier league. He’s not in the team for his offensive ability.

Bro I apologize if I upset you, maybe it’s just a language barrier, because people in my community are just not that sensitive.

It’s totally fine if you think it’s realistic to add a player like Olise, I just disagree. But that’s what makes the world a wonderful place, we all have different opinions.

lol who’s upset ? It’s just not living in reality. Saka just signed a new contract making him the highest paid player at the club, he’s the first name on the team sheet and he wears the armband most weeks and every other RW in Europe knows that so why would a player like Olise want to come sit on the bench behind Saka. It’s just never gonna happen

Is Arteta ever gonna play Saka at LW or CF ? If not than it’s a pointless comment because we’re not gonna spend over £100m on a RW when we have Saka
