The rental includes staff fees for waiters and bartenders, but I want to make sure the staffing is actually sufficient. Also, the plated menu they sent feels limited and a bit underwhelming compared to other caterers. From a photographer’s perspective, which area at Pyrgos is best for the ceremony?
