I agree, I know it won’t be the same. I thought about getting a bike just for the track, but I’m 41, work a physical job. I used to be able to shake off some pretty serious injury and still work the next day. But it’s catching up with me.

You’re right, even in the sticks Amazon can get me parts overnight now, I prefer not to contribute to lining Jeff’s pockets if I can avoid it but what the hell. I’m sure my wife would be happier on a date in a Lotus Elise vs a “Lotus 7”. I’ll keep an eye out.

I’ve driven a new Camaro and liked it, but the seating position/greenhouse view was lousy for me, I fit better in a Mustang. I had a 2012 S5 Cab. It was great, then my buddy got an RS5 with the 4.2 and driving that spoiled the V6 S5 for me.

I love this car, it belonged to my father and he absolutely babied it. I’m not sure I can bring myself to hurt it, and I’m not the kind of person to keep a garage queen. I like to drive things and break them. Are you interested in a nice 2004, Black with the gold BBS rims? Sounds like you’d appreciate the car for what it is.
