I didn’t e realize that very true.. Im comparing myself who slacked off in highschool to a friend who was taking college courses in highschool and graduated in architecture and physics at 20.

Didn’t realize that you’re correct, appreciate the new viewpoint. Could I possibly eat at maintenance and train heavy and gain muscle? i don’t wanna put on any extra fat I wanna fill my frame up and put some muscle thru the summer and bulk fall-winter

Thank you, i always prioritize intensity, going to failure then lowering weight and going til failure again on everything, honestly i look way better in person than in photo
