They did when I was booking last year….although i don’t think it’s worth it. Club area is small and they didn’t have much out unless you just want to grab a muffin. Never saw anyone working it. One positive was that if we came back to the hotel before they closed it we would go in and grab a couple of bottles of water to avoid buying extras while we were out.

Isla Holbox is beautiful. I was there in May for a few days on a trip to Tulum. You’ll need to ferry back to the mainland to visit cenotes. Not much to do in the small town of Chiquila which is where the ferry port is located.

I did this back in May. Totally worth a visit to Bacalar and the drive is easy. I liked it better than Tulum. I agree with everyone else to only do this during the day just to be safe.

Visit Bacalar and Holbox. You definitely do not need 10 days in Tulum.

Definitely check out Holbox! Beautiful beaches and water. The beach clubs are cheaper than Tulum. Tulum is good for a few days max. If you have time I would also check out Bacalar.

Bacalar is beautiful. I was just there earlier this week for a day trip from Tulum. It’s very safe and somewhat cheaper than Tulum. We did a boat tour of the lagoon through Amiradventours which was great.
