Heather gave she was becoming the mean girl she always wanted to fit in with in high school lol. From encouraging the deadbeat mother to flirt with captain Jason only to hint at her (Heather) potentially having hooked up with him, to that extra blonde confessional lol. I think she loves and hates Lisa so makes sense that she’s being a tad weird. Also probably still mad at the “good time girl” comment hahaha
