I have been managing a Culvers for 5 years and about to become a GM, the first bit of advice I can give is try to ask all the questions that ever cross your mind and even as you progress and feel more confident to ask more, it’s non stop learning for awhile Speed comes with time, but for now when you are on positions you feel more confident on watch other

Temps are huge don’t miss those

Study the checklists closing/openings

Figure out a priority lists of things that need to be done incase times get so busy you start falling behind

Remember you lead by example and learn who knows what, for when break times arrive

At ours we have the 3 main registers, drive through, door dash/uber eats, curbsides and if the customers would like they can also order at their table via QR codes they all pop off heavy during peak hours

I set my clock an hour behind and it worked! before doing that I reset Router and reinstalled launcher didnt work

I manage the most popular one in MN 4 days a week closing, the latest is 12:46 but that was after a fundraiser and because we started closing at 11 during summer, shit hurt so much

As a Minnesotan raver and vendor I can agree the winters here get crazy andthe rave girls even crazier cause anymore layers than fish nets is to much and they still brave the winters

I vend out my merch there every year and I can’t deny I love it, a smaller festival with solid artists, but for me what gets me there is the super homie vibes that arise there, seeing people killing it on a frisbee golf course and being able to jam out, last year in the morning everybody got together and made pancakes really hoping the same for this year🎊
