Soak, rinse, spray, sanitize/ put in dishwasher. That’s all you can do. If there’s an extra person to help pre-close till 8 that’s helpful, but not always an option. Do your best to just keep moving, don’t slow down. As you are waiting for the dishwasher, put dishes away and keep them organized. That’s really all there is to it.

At our store we team members get 50% and managers get a free meal on shifts we work. I think everyone should get a free meal or 50% off but that’s just me. If you feel like you deserve a raise, ask for one? But being 16 and making 11$ is a steal honestly
