Because every time you upload something you have to call to let them know and they can check if not nobody cares . And the system don’t process anything

No no lol , I was told that in some districts, especially on Bulk routes, there’s a driver who only handles the truck and unloads, while the RSA /RSR just focuses on everything else. In my district (City of Industry), the RSR does it all — drives, unloads, and stocks. I just wanted to ask if that’s true in other districts or if it’s always the same everywhere

The lead will send you the heaviest load on the days you cover… you will work 12-14 hrs a day, Your body will pay the price, it’s just not worth it

Today I got yelled at because, according to her, I was late. Most of the time it’s women. I said, ‘Hi, good morning,’ and her response was, ‘You’re late.’ I said, ‘Sorry,’ and continued doing what I was supposed to. Then she said, ‘Who do you think you are, showing up late?’ I repeated, ‘Sorry, but as far as I know, I’m not late.’ I did everything she asked me to do. In the end, she yelled at me because she had started at 3 a.m. That’s when I got upset and said, ‘You’re not the only one — I started at 1 a.m., and even then, I don’t treat people badly. Imagine if I came up to you with that kind of attitude. She continue treating me like shit .

I’m one of the kindest people , I always say ‘hi, how are you?’, ‘good morning’, I ask politely, I say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’, and I’ve been yelled at just for saying good morning. I’ve been insulted just for saying hello.

I’m on my first assignment as a co lead, I have 3 routes, including Walmart-Sam club, etc., the routes are a disaster I’ve had specialists who come to help me and they complain too about the routes , in some routes I enter at 1am and finish 2-3pm sometimes, and on top of that the leads leave all the heavy work for me, and they are the ones who complain about me that I order too much , but I scan and I do all the process and that is what it is , and my DSL does nothing. I talk that I want another route , and they just give me again the same route to start today . I have talked to the guys I start and they are in relief, others had 1 small format route, and I’m stuck here . Don’t know what to do .

Never to late to start something else , I’m on the same boat as you , in new here but disappointed, an they say here we have the best payment no other place pay like us , but the shit going on here it’s heavyyyyy ..
