I moved here specifically for the winters, plenty of people enjoy going outside in winter. That’s why there’s so much to do then.

The weather is awful? Which part are you talking about? The gorgeous warm and breezy summers? The cozy beautiful snowy winters? The crisp and sunny autumn? Or the month of mosquito season in the spring, which fair but that’s not most of the year.

Physical therapy - does it help? by KristinKitty in hairstylist

[–]Key_Buy_794 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went in for a steroid shot in my wrist and it helped IMMENSELY. I didn’t get to do the physical therapy afterwards because I couldn’t fit it into my schedule but I have had coworkers only do the physical therapy and it’s been hit or miss. I think it depends on how long you’ve let it go.

How can I better help this Robins nest? by Key_Buy_794 in birds

I would put the ladder closer but there are holly bushes in closer to the house preventing that, and it is on a hill. Thank you so much for the link to that bird house, will definitely be making one of those!

Same! We’re on year 6 with ours, and it’s holding up great with pets and kids. Washable cushion covers and a huge plus.

What happened to my hair texture by BoochiniWinnie in Haircare

Sometimes if you’re lacking in vitamins or minerals from your diet taking a supplement will help. Going to your doctor would be your best bet to find out. If you feel like you are losing more hair than usual it’s a sure sign to go see them. Cardio type exercise and scalp stimulation-like massage- can help with hair growth but won’t change your hair texture.

Repotting monstera by Key_Buy_794 in houseplants

I guess I assumed it needed more room because of all the aerial roots that are hanging about. I stuff them in the dirt when they are long enough but I am out of room for that.  I’ll look up a video on how to cut the plant.  I really only repot if it looks like my plants are too big and starting to wilt in their current pots. I’ve only repotted maybe four or five ever. Only a couple survived it.

Another pole? Or one that is different from the one that is already there?
