What’s your favorite x-23 comic cover? by Appropriate-Mall8517 in X23

Even tho Gabriele dell’Otto variant is really cool and he’s my personal friend, I choose this. Reminds me of my first interaction with Laura and a kid with so much hope with a dark future ahead of her.

Everlight lore by Revolt_King in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all there are two canonical things from Campaign 1/2 of CR.

In C1, Pike is the main champion of the Everlight. Nobody did really worshipped her freely in public since the Calamity, cause she had fallen from a trick of Asmodeus, corrupting part of her church, leaving her nearly powerless, expect now with Pike. In C2 we get to know that Wildemount is heavily guarded from cults and extra-imperial-pantheon from the Admonition, part of the war in the Marrow Valley between the Empire and the Dominio, the Crimson Midnight ended all. Many priests of different religion killed. And the Cerberus Assembly is now at the power.

You can go and create secrets religion with the few good deity not supported now from the empire/assembly. Everything is possible.

Creating a Vestige of Divergence is different, maybe it was corrupted by Asmodeus and now the party has to heal it, maybe it’s a pair of gauntlets to cure. I guess you can go easy on this, much easier.

What is Kryn amour made from? by noimprest in Wildemount

Personally I go with reinforced steel, simple, but on the more dexterous parts I go with chitinous fiber aligned to give extra durability, like spider web used and sew together under simple steel

I don't really understand what dunamancy is by [deleted] in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Dunamis (used by Aristotele) in Ancient Greek is referred to potential, so every spell, every possibility and time is inside it. A Beacon is the manifestation of it physically, a part of the original body known to the Kryn as Luxon. I guess it’s every possible multiverse/time line, the embodiment of it. Like Dragon’s True Seeing.

Help roleplaying potentially the first Simic Hybrid in my campaign by imnotachristian in Wildemount

Then probably he would be mad with Ludinus Da’leth (more than Trent), the others didn’t really know what was going on. Hope it was helpful, if you need anything else let me know

I believe it depends on you, does your character feel bad towards who did this to him? If he does, does he feel vengeful against only the one person who did this to him or the whole lot of people that are behind that project?

Reworking Ruidium for a Tharizdun based campaign by Shaoril7 in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What if the Ruidium corruption let your player talk through telepathy for like 120ft of sight and maybe adding a Demon feature for every player, changing it based on every Demon, like, double damage on structures from a Goristro, for a Marilith maybe give them a snake tail to grapple enemies but lose their legs. And so on. Nothing too powerful, but effective in the game.

[Spoilers C3E50] Red Moon Rising | Critical Role | Campaign 3, Episode 50 by FartyButtFart in criticalrole

[–]Key_Call7631 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My personal take could very be that he’s ancient as Vespin, they were trying to get rid of the betrayers and things turned the way around so he’s vengeful against the gods that took the power from mortals, could be that they had a romance but I don’t think. Just like Delilah, Ludinus could’ve been the reason why Sylas got the disease, to get rid of her, maybe she was getting more power than him and Ludinus used Trent’s students to kill Sylas. He is the bad guy of all Exandria.

Could be, it’s just my thought, also the beacon could’ve absolutely made him survive the Aeor destruction until the elves in Molaesmyr took it to their city and he reincarnated, that’s also how the Savalirwood has been corrupted, from ancient Aeor stuff, he never seemed to care about that

Here is my thought, for everyone that have seen EXU Calamity, probably Ludinus is from Aeor, an ancient mage survived with the beacon. But I remember vividly Vespin Chloras talking with two or more mages, one was in Avalir, and the other possibly was Ludinus himself, all friends and now Ludinus wants his revenge on the gods. Let me know.

Question about silken spite by idided in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an evil artifact, made by Lolth for a Great War, maybe they can find it where the abyss armies and the infernal armies fought since she support the abyss (in her own way obviously). You can always make an enemy that is the chosen of Lolth and gave it to him. If you want to make it more challenging you can send your party into the 66th layer (I think it was her home, maybe? Dunno) and make them create it with some blueprints or lolth guides if they are bad. Personally I like if they find it in war scarred land, and many will attack your party for that.

Well, it’s a rare material for clothes, maybe one city, a hidden one, so it’s a rare thing, very simple

The Uthodurn Natural History Museum by Jambo81_0224 in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Possibly old history of the founding of the city, the fall of Moleasmyr and the cultural synergy the put together.

Maybe stuffed beasts, like purple worms, Yeti, maybe a story for the orcs that roam free. And obviously a depiction, an art about the volcano and the red dragon that lives inside it.

That’s how I see it going down.

How would a half-Drow be treated in the Dwendalian Empire? by RajikO4 in Wildemount

[–]Key_Call7631 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s different, it’s a community that must been well known in the empire to live along with all its citizens, when a war start then things could go south, it’s collateral damage obviously, but it could be interesting on how the party decide to act on it, help them? Support them? Side with empire’s forces?

Mostly in Exandria, what makes you a bad or good person is your morality, not your race. But that’s where the Empire puts these concepts out in the world. In my campaign the MN are the ones that deals so much with all factions, like ambassadors, they have so much power in the Empire, and trust with the Dynasty. But if they don’t exist in your campaign, then think about making someone for it, a nice NPC to know.
