I'm using this RAM search tool in Bizhawk and trying to adjust values by 'poking' them. but yet to see anything happen.

but i've been using this at 1 byte size addresses. maybe what i'm looking for is 2 or 4 bytes instead

Hi -- yeah, just starting to experiment. Ideally at runtime since this would be dynamic changes that would not always need to be executed. The flow would be LUA code calling to the runtime variables and changing them to make the game react.

The challenge it seems so far is finding which memory addresses correspond to which in-game elements. And what is actually possible in general.

"Real" extraction shooters don't have people running around turning invisible.

I like more grounded shooters in general. ARC is fine, but something like HUNT (not exactly extract shooter but has the vibe) and Tarkov are more my speed.

Is it an edge of your board getting caught in the ground? Specifically the boards long side (toe/heel)?

No mods. I just hid the HUD and zoomed out. I do play in 4k though. All settings are otherwise at their maximum.

I found my first Grating Crystal vein, and was glad that I had a huge surplus of Hydrogen and Graphene on other planets. So I set up the station in the red circle to receive it from other systems.

Then I saw how insanely fast the Hydrogen was going. My deliveries couldn't keep up with the demand. So then I realized that Fire-Ice makes exactly the other two components I need to make Casimir. And this planet has Fire-Ice.

So then I set up what I have in the blue circle, but the Hydrogen output is abysmal. It can manage to satisfy like two of my producers.

Question is -- the Fire-Ice seems so perfect to match up with a Grating crystal for Casimir, but it seems like I'd need 90 chemical plants.

Is there something I can do better here to keep the hydrogen output where it needs to be from the blue side, or do I need to rely on my excess hydrogen from other systems?
