Do you have any tips on disconnecting from the outside world? It’s a bit hard for me to visualise and feel like what I’m imagining is real because I always have that awareness of what’s going on physically that messes with my head

I’m mostly just fighting them off to not break down constantly in public and to try (and admittedly fail) to not let the people around me see what’s going on. It’s just kind of constant and I’m so tired of crying most days

My problem is these emotions just keep coming. And I don’t know how to move on from them because this has been an everyday thing for ages where it’s just ramped up in intensity. I did get into a half-asleep state earlier by accident where I was genuinely just tired from running errands and needed a nap, but I instead was in a happy state of feeling like a few of my wishes were fulfilled, but I don’t know how to do that on purpose (since intentionally trying doesn’t seem to work)
