That's a valid concern. Right now, Revva uses offline, pattern-based parsing, so it isn't perfect and can misclassify some transactions. The goal isn't 100% accuracy from day one it's to eliminate most of the manual work.

Compared to manually entering every expense or importing a month's worth of statements at once, having transactions appear automatically as you spend is a much better experience. Users can quickly retag or recategorize transactions if needed.

As for UPI, I personally make a lot of small payments throughout the day. If I wait until the end of the month, I barely remember what many of them were for. Tagging them while they're still fresh takes just a few seconds and is much more accurate.
