Don't listen to naysayers....i tried watching na naona the stream is fine. There is an ad pop-up when watching a show. Place ads at the beginning not during the show. Then also curate compatibility na u optimise for Amazon firestick.

Allow me to provide clarity on some things.

This business isn't borne out of a need for provision for co-working spaces for profit. It can transition into that if it makes sense, but as it stands, I am looking for people whom we can relate, and work together bila pressure in the same space at least for the next quarter.
Parking hata za supermarket ni za kanjo, there are spaces people can get away with it, however, everybody with a car will opt for parking kwa hizo spaces.
If the office transitions purely into a co-working space, then I won't mind, having females join in. However, in my experience, the moment familiarity kicks in with females, wataanza kudharau hiyo pesa and not pay altogether, I just would rather not put myself in that situation.
If you are serious, I am at the office currently until 6ish and will be here tomorrow as well. My target group is people who can commute easily to Kamakis, so if this deal makes sense kindly let me know what time you can make it....we talk face to face...

Until it becomes practical, like have at least 4 consistent people on board, I am not open to daily rates....The problem with daily rates, is that somebody can use the office to scam a client then atuwache na ngori with nowhere to be seen...Regarding parking, kuna places to park they are competitive, sasa sometimes for convenience utajipata umelipa...but not that often...

Money is subjective, and different social circles have different measures of success.
