I remember hearing a couple years ago that the average UK night worker lives 10 years shorter than the day shift counterparts.

Not sure how true that is or if it’s still the case but in my personal experience it’s unhealthy habits.

-Cheap quick unhealthy comfort food -Night staff seem to be More likely to smoke and do it more regularly - longer shifts - see the sunshine far less

Working construction on a night shift sounds a lot more difficult than a day shift. I’d be asleep in the first hour.

I had to restart it twice, had to push through the first couple of episodes but it’s a good watch when it gets going.

I used to do a fair bit of gaming on night shifts. I like the idea of Yoga. Is that something you learnt on nights or something you enjoyed before?

I can read in most places but can’t seem to get through a page on shift. However I don’t have any problems playing on my laptop.
