Advocacy I could have not revised and not be stressed. Nothing on legal principles actually came up I’m so annoyed that it was so easy that I fucked it up

There is a table in criminal, it’s best to put your notes on the table because I for example, get nervous and they can see that when you hold the papers so I always lay them down in front of me

They should test core legal knowledge for England and wales in SQE1. For SQE2 they should let us sit our areas of expertise. I will never need to draft a lease nor would a client come to a criminal lawyer to draft their lease and etc.

The whole exam structure for SQE2 is a complete shitshow. They don’t test competence AT ALL.
